This 2-week course with Prem Sadasivananda delves into the ancient and liberating path of Samatva-Yoga, the Yoga of Equanimity—as taught in the Bhagavad Gita and echoed across all great spiritual traditions.

Samatva is not indifference. It is awareness without agitation, presence without preference, and love without attachment.

We will explore:

  • The true meaning of Samatva and why it is essential for liberation
  • How to practice Samabuddhi—equal vision toward all beings
  • The disciplines of mind, body, and senses needed to sustain equanimity
